Pastor Charles C. Colbert, Sr. is a man of Vision and Prayer. His main purpose is to fulfill the calling of God upon his life. 

Pastor Colbert has an evangelistic ministry and believes that God has positioned him for such a time as this. 

 Married for over 25 years to the love of his life Lady Savoy Colbert and both are proud parents of four and joyful grandparents of three. 

Pastor Colbert leads with a deep commitment to faith, family, and service—creating a church culture where everyone can experience God’s transformative love. 

Matriculated at Tyler Jr. College and Southwestern Assembly of God University. 

Pastor Colbert received his B.A. in Religious Studies.

Under Pastor Colbert's leadership. The church has grown, and many new ministries have been created to empower the body of Christ and the community. Pastor Colbert along with Lady Colbert, co-founded the A.D. Rylander Scholarship that has funded scholarships to assist young men & women to attend college. 

Pastor Colber is the founder of the True Vine Community Resource Center, a non-profit, faith-based community development corporation.

Hundreds of families have been blessed through the efforts of food baskets and school supplies and other giveaways. 

In March of 2022, Pastor Colbert and Lady Colbert wrote their first book entitled: “Kingdom Couples 31-day guide for Marriage, now available on Amazon. 

 Lady Savoy Colbert accepted Jesus Christ at a young age, and later renewed her passion for Christ, and rededicated her life to Him, after college. Lady Colbert is a native of Dallas, Texas .She is the tenth child of the Late Supt. A.D. Rylander and Missionary Marion Hawkins Rylander. She served under their leadership at the Greater True Vine Church in many capacities. Supt. Rylander and Mother Rylander instilled in her the posture of prayer. She honors them by carrying on their legacy and the mantle is definitely upon her! She married the love of her life Rev. Charles Colbert in 2001. He is the Senior Pastor of the Greater True Vine Church located in Desoto, Texas, and together they have four beautiful children: Aaron, Ebony Raven, Charles Jr. and Destini Marion. One of her greatest joys is that of being a mother to their children, and GG to her Grandbaby Tre. Lady Colbert enjoys mentoring and ministering to young women in crisis.

She currently serves as the Women’s Ministry President and loves to serve beside her husband in all areas of ministry. Lady Colbert received her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Human Services from Southwestern Assembly of God University and is also a certified pre- marital and marriage counselor. This Woman of God is the co-founder of Sisters ACT an organization that targets empowering the Women of God to be all they can be! She holds a yearly luncheon to empower the women to network, fellowship and honor each other. 

She also is a volunteer for the Family Place, “Women against Domestic Violence” and was recognized as First Lady of the year.

Lady Colbert believes in the power of prayer and coordinates prayer services weekly at her local church. Lady Savoy is dedicated to seeing the WOMEN of GOD empowered and enabled to live a holy and whole life through Jesus Christ. A scripture that Lady Colbert lives by is 

Romans 8:18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared to the glory which shall be revealed in us.
